Your first envelope ships within 1-2 weeks of subscribing in Thailand, or 2-3 weeks by standard airmail internationally. After that, a new letter goes out on the 2nd Monday of every month.

Anywhere in the world. Thailand subscribers receive free domestic shipping and a few extra bonuses. International subscribers receive their letters by standard airmail worldwide. If a letter does not arrive within 4 weeks, write to us and we will send a replacement.

Each issue includes one exclusive stamp for that month — twelve designs across the year. Subscribers who join before Issue No. 01 ships receive the first 6 stamps (January through June) to start their collection. Stamps are never reprinted, so the full yearly set is only available to subscribers who follow the whole year.

Founding member pricing is reserved for our first 100 subscribers. After that, prices return to regular rates. If you subscribe as a founding member, your discounted price is locked in for your full term. When your subscription renews, it renews at the regular rate.

Yes. At checkout you can enter the recipient’s address and a short personal note. Their first letter will arrive with a hand-addressed envelope. Gifts are 3-month subscriptions at regular rates and do not auto-renew.

Yes, at any time from your account. If you cancel, you will still receive any letters you have already paid for.

Write to us and we will send another one. We print a small buffer each month for exactly this reason.

Yes. Everything is written, designed, printed, and packed in our small studio in Bangkok.

Not at the moment — The Flower Letter is made to arrive by post, as a physical envelope you can hold. Subscribers in Thailand and worldwide both receive the printed letter.
